MDM2/CCP12 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The MDM2/CCP12 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human MDM2 gene located on chromosome band 12q15, along with the number of chromosome 12 copies per cell.* Abnormal expression of the MDM2 gene – also known as HDMX, hdm2 or ACTFS – has been observed in soft tissue sarcomas and osteosarcomas.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
