FN1-FGFR1 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The FN1-FGFR1 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human FN1 and FGFR1genes located on chromosome bands 2q35 and 8p11.23, respectively. Rearrangements between the two genes have been observed in a number of hematological and solid tumor types, and other conditions. 

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it an green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
