C19MC/TPM4 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The C19MC/TPM4 FISH probe set is designed to detect the human C19MC microRNA cluster locus located on chromosome band 19q13.42 and the chromosomal region at 19p13.11. The kit contains two differentially labeled probes: A Locus Specific Probe (LSP), C19MC, covers a chromosomal region at 19q13.42, and the other probe, LSP TPM4, covers a chromosomal regeion which includes the entire TPM4 gene and some other genes located at 19p13.11. 

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
