Rabbit PolyDetector HRP Label (concentrated) - 1ml

The Rabbit PolyDetector HRP is a Goat-Anti-Rabbit immunoglobulin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase that allows for the demonstration of antigens in paraffin-embedded tissue, cryostat sections, blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. The Rabbit PolyDetector HRP reagent has been developed using a proprietary tandem hyperlabelling technology used to directly label immunoglobulins with enzymes. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunostaining for all types of nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranal antigens, in different types of tissues. The increased sensitivity of the Rabbit PolyDetector HRP allows for rapid staining procedures without compromising stain quality. Rabbit PolyDetector HRP is suitable for use with rabbit IgG and IgM primary antibodies. Rabbit PolyDetector HRP is optimized for use with Bio SB rabbit primary antibodies; however, it is a universal reagent and therefore works equally well with prediluted and concentrated antibodies from different vendors.
